Escape from City 17 shorts

Absolutely amazingly well done for a couple of guys with an idea, $500.00 and a lot of hard work.  The concept of independant film has quickly become almost a marketing gimmick for advertisers and it is nice to see true indie work at play.  I hope these guys find a way to make their movie professionally and get rich…hopefully behind-the-camera rather than acting in front.

Pee-Wee’s Crackhouse and the Advancements in Multi-Player Gaming

One wonders what the greater tragedy is, the fact that a social pervert like Paul Reubens was once a children’s icon for his role of a clinically insane character that goes by the moniker of “Pee-Wee” Herman or the irony that someone looked at the character that was obviously inspired by a crazy night of cocaine and Saturday-morning cartoons and decided they saw a posterchild for anti-drug PSAs.   « Read the rest of this entry »

War has changed…and so has Snake.  The year is 2014, five years after the Big Shell incident, and the world’s economy is driven by proxy wars fought by Private Military Companies (PMCs) for business purposes using a new form of nanomachine given the name Sons of the Patriots (SOP) to enhance skill, loyalty and coordination while at the same time supressing the human qualities that wear down soldiers.  Using this new nanotechnology and his army of PMCs, Liquid Ocelot plans an “armed insurrection” and it is up to Snake (now known as ‘Old Snake’) to once again sneak past the frontline and defeat his old foe once and for all.

This is not a review.  This is just a post made because I think this game is amazing and it needed to be on here.  If you haven’t played this game, you have to, there is no other way.
